R10 shipping tomorrow
« on: May 12, 2016, 06:35:31 PM »
In the guitar world it is called GAS ( guitar acquisition syndrome) and I believe gun acquisition syndrome will also fit nicely.  So, yes, I have GAS.  Just bought my R10 off the Yellow.  Now comes the wait.  Guitars or guns, the waiting is the same.

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

It is .22 and has a HuMa regulator, two magazines, and a SST.  $800.  It is about 9 months old.  Couldn't pass it up.

My R10 came in today.  After putting the scope on and getting it dialed in with CPHPs, I started going through my pellet hoard looking for "The One".  I got a trial tin from JSB but they were not labeled in the tin, so I have to weight them to know for sure, but two of them are looking good so far.  Had one 10 shot group in <.50" from 25 yards.  Go three rounds off from another JSB before it started pouring that went into one hole.  Will have to wait for another day to finish.  I will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how to do it.
