my .02 on an entry level rifle

for a younger new shooter this is on the price mark to get them interested

For a cost sensitive newbie even a pump is abit expensive,,,,bundle up a price leader bundle with a 9 OZ Co2 tank and fill hose cheap in a box as an optional version

Then pitch how much more it will give in power when ya get the deluxe high pressure PCP pump to fill it

They buy it like it on Co2 then we set hook and get them going on PCP LOL

Not liking the truth about something does not make it any less true....tough concept for some I don't know why?

Yes, but a shorter tube, no muzzle weight, supposedly can't run on CO2, different valve setup.  The one at Shot Show felt liked it had a heavy hammer spring in it, not as easy to cock. If they wanted to revamp the Disco they should have did it cosmetically.  Tacticool breech, M-Rod trigger, shrouded.  JMHO

Maybe I missed something, but are we sure that's a shorter air tube and not a longer barrel? I have not seen any specs to back that claim up. If that information is out there, I would love to see the link.

It's a 24" barrel.  I held it at Shot Show.  They told me it's a 24" barrel.  Things may change, but as of now, my info is right on with what they told me.  Dcorvino can tell you the same.

Hi
I was standing next to Joe and they told us both its a 24 inch barrel
So unless they change something it's going to have a 24 inch barrel.

Ah! Personal experience is good enough for me. Gotta lol at Crosman's marketing goons... Seems they don't even know what they're selling! Thanks for the clarification.

They will be selling the snot out of it to the undiscerning portion of the populus, which to be honest is the majority.

It's like automobiles, why make decent cars when people are still buying the crud that's being made. Marketing and financial logic.

So a 357 Sumatra would not be enough to bring you back Manny?
I am still working on it
