I’ll be interested in reading your report. A BullPup certainly is attractive to me and the one type of Airgun I do not own.

ok the Akela is a tack driver right up to the point Karen cycled the safety and the gun would not fire sending it back for repair or replace

It is an amazing little gun for sure. Great wood, excellent weight distribution, highly accurate, and very efficient with air. Shame it broke down. Feel real bad for y'all about it.

What a crock...!

Another friend of mine, bought a Gauntlet. Yes, it is only a $300 airgun, but out of the box (!) it would not hold air. Replaced and the replacement  leaked! Long story short, on the fourth one, and apparently it is doing okay. It seems to me, that in all of these cases, quality control was lacking. Nonetheless, we're (collectively) out the shipping, time delay, etc., instead of enjoying the fruits of our labor. Doesn't bode well for the industry!

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

I'll be eagerly following along on this.  I hope it all gets worked out favorably.  I have a Cayden coming, it should arrive later this week.  Hopefully, what happened to yours is just a fluke and will be resolved quickly.
