Welcome aboard.

Washington isn't "that" cold! I've been there (Seattle mostly) a number of times, and it does get wet. But cold? I lived in Colorado, when I was traveling to Seattle, and it was (and is) not nearly as cold as Colorado. I guess it is the warmth of the folks who live there.
