Thanks.  That mean the bullets I sent out to test probably won't work in it then.  For some reason I thought the twist was something else.

I have not heard from anyone I sent some test bullets out to but I am anxious to get some feedback and some bullets in the works.

If anyone knows the twist rates for the other calibers it would be appreciated.

Thanks again ajshoots.

I have a custom .30 marauder that uses the same TJ barrel that. Is used on the flex. Not sure what they are using on the other calibers, but 1:18 for .22 and 1:22 for .25 should be close.

Is there a link to a table of twist rates for TJ barrels?  I can not find one.

Have to call mike. I don't have a list of his airgun bores and he doesn't have a website that I am aware of.

There are a ton of TJ's barrels, and most of the airgun barrels aren't even in the list.... I'm pretty sure the .22 cal FLEX will be using Jim Gaska's proprietary TJ's barrel, which I believe I heard was a 19" twist.... Mike also has a mandrel for a 16" twist that Sean & I came up with.... ours is 0.217" groove and 0.213" land, but I'm pretty sure Jim's is smaller (I heard it was 0.213" groove).... In .25 cal, the TJ's liners I am aware of are 14" twist for the .25 ACP, and 22" for the one RatSniper had him make.... They are both 0.250" groove and 0.243" land.... The .30 cal Sean and I designed for airguns is 26" twist, 0.300" groove and 0.293" lands (used in the FLEX).... The .35 cal we designed is 0.357" groove and 0.350" lands, and is also a 26" twist (used in the Slayer, I understand).... I'm pretty sure Jim chokes all the barrels for the FLEX....

Thanks Bob
That is good information. I wish he a website with a little info on it for reference.  If I could get his list I would make a page on my site so people could reference it.

Travis, did you shoot those .300 I sent?

I think I should make a different bullet for your barrel but I am curious if they worked at all.  If it works in your barrel it should then work in the Slayer and right now those are the best slug guns on the market.
