Winchester Model 1000X
« on: September 09, 2019, 01:00:14 PM »
I have a Winchester model 1000X break barrel and it has lost it's power. I had a towel hanging about 3 feet away and I shot at and the pellet hit the towel and just fell to the ground. It has NO power. What can I do or where can I get it worked on. I'm in Katy Texas. Thanks.

I suspect the all it needs is to be resealed. However, there are several on line you could buy for as little as $60, which have already been resealed. The question is, is it worth it? The answer to that is up to you.

I suspect you'd like to move on up to a PCP? Considering they have fallen in price, to the point, a hand pump to fill one costs more than the rifle! That said, you can buy a 4,500 PSI 12/120 volt compressor now, for as little as $300. Perhaps it is time!

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.
