Updating the Forum tonight

Updating the Forum tonight to the latest SMF software, and am going to make changes to one of the javascript libraries. So the site may go up and down a few times.

We're now running the latest version of SMF Forum Software, and I've removed one older JavaScript file.

I have one more task but am waiting to hear back from the developer of one of our plugins.

Let me know if any new bugs pop up.
