No one will argue the fact, that this year has been a rough and tumble one. If political turmoil wasn’t enough, along comes a virus no one was ready for. Making things worse, we’ve been cloistered to the point, we’ve all become stir-crazy. What’s more, our national debt situation remains unknown for the foreseeable future. But in the mean time, let us not forget what this Holiday Season is all about.
Regardless of your religious beliefs, it should be remembered that this is the time of the year, to extend forgiveness to our fellow man, and delve into retrospection so we hopefully won’t repeat our past transgressions.
This January begins the fourth year that I have supported this site. Steve Dampier has been an integral part of that support, and the site wouldn’t be what it is, without him. This is why I consider him a co-owner. While these words may sound self-serving, it is I, and Steve if I may speak for him, who should be thanking you, the members, for making it a success.
Let us all be thankful that the current hardships will soon be over, so we all can get out, and ply our hobby to our mutual enjoyment. So again, on behalf of Steve and myself, Happy Holidays to each and everyone.
