My shooting partner uses a slightly-modified .25 Gauntlet, shooting 26.54 gr. Hades, at ≈890 FPS (≈46 FPE @ muzzle). The overall damage seen on squirrels, even at extended ranges, is fairly extensive. If fact, as much or more so than my .25 impact shooting 26.8 gr. NSA slugs (≈53 FPE @ muzzle). What's more surprising is what they do to house sparrows. While both the Hades and slugs make a big crack when they hit, the Hades do far more damage, often splattering them into multiple pieces. I can't say if it is the Hades' design or the lead alloy used, but you can't argue with the results!

I have a Hill EC-3000 compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your tank as a courtesy (4,250 PSI limit).
