Nielsen Specialty Ammo Robot Washing System!

Wow, amazing robotic arm moving those bullets right along, pushing buttons, polishing, and cleaning those bullets in an ultrasonic cleaner. Nick is contributing greatly to the Airgun community all while building a business that has excellent service and a stellar reputation. Airgun pellet and slug manufacturers watch out, Nick is taking over.

Now if only I could order some .25 slugs! (Sold out)

Nielsen Specialty Ammo Robot Washing System.

This is our new washing robot.  Still fine tuning but close to what the robot will be doing for our airgun slugs going forward.

We are doing small batches at a time to get the most slag removed in each batch to get the cleanest slugs we can.  We will be fine tuning this process over time the video shows our new system working.

Interesting.

Just two days ago, I sent an email to H.A.M. about their story covering the H&N Slugs. The slugs appear (to me) to be very dirty, or perhaps coated with graphite. The photo on the same page, show Daystate's new Howler Slugs. I was told that NSA made the slugs, but they sure aren't as clean as NSA's, and that it the reason I wrote the email in the first place.

In my opinion, when you pay good money for pellets or slugs, the packaging shouldn't be filled with lead dust and lead mold leavings.

I have a Hill EC-3000 compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your tank as a courtesy (4,250 PSI limit).
