I could elaborate why I have needed Jim's expertise, as well as parts from his well-stocked store. Suffice to say, things weren't so kosher, and required a lot of rework, none of which was his fault. I received the parts I needed Friday (July 6th), and managed to get everything installed in a couple of hours. Velocities are now back to where they should be (≈885). Interestingly enough, the accuracy improved a bit, no doubt due to a tighter string (FPS). I am elated!

Some of the groups that I’ve seen you post from your Warp, I don’t see how it could get much better.    :o ......It’s always good to hear of good customer service. In a culture where customer service is not up to par, it’s encouraging to know of those, like Jim, that rise above the “norm” and strive for excellence.
