New Member from Michigan
« on: May 10, 2018, 02:12:10 PM »
Hi All - I just joined the Guild and wanted to introduce myself. I looked around at the various threads before joining and it looks like there's a wealth of information here about airgunning. I hope to learn and also contribute. I started airgunning with the purchase of my Sheridan Silver Streak 5mm way back in the day. I still have it and still shoot it. It has become my chipmunk gun. I graduated to PCP's about 3 years ago and my wallet has been suffering ever since. 2 years ago I bought an Omega Air Charger and now have Todd Brown from Airguns of Airzona (the Raptor Pneumatics specialist) on speed dial and he always comes through. I'm lucky (or maybe unlucky) because I live about 20 miles from Precision Airguns and Supplies in Dryden, Michigan, so I am able to drive there and test fire anything that Jim sells. My name is Dick and I look forward to interacting with the other members.

Interesting information. Your experience sort of parallels mine. I don't remember the model, but I did have a Benjamin when I was young. Sure did a lot of pumping with that gun. Firearms took over, and I didn't get back into the hobby until about 4 years ago. I too have an Omega Air Charger, and it has been trouble free after about 28 hours of pumping.

As owner-administrator, on behalf of all the management, welcome aboard. I'm sure you'll enjoy being here, as much as we're glad to have you. Stay safe!

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

Welcome aboard!

These PCP's are addictive, and you can't have too many for some odd reason. At least that's my excuse. :)
