Hellow from No. Indiana
« on: May 20, 2017, 08:43:10 AM »
New member here, name of Jon, 73 years old but have shot Air Rifles since the age of 6.  Now have a number if both rifles and pistols and enjoy them all.  Have gotten old enough that it has gotten harder to drive to a PB range and these I can shoot inmy garage and back yard.

Hope to be accepted here in a good way, I am one to speak my mind, at times not in the best of ways, but hey "I'm Old".  LOL

I don't get into PCP's much, to hard for me to pump up and cost of tanks etc. to high for me at this time of my life.
Sooooooooooo, I use Co2.

Nothing the matter with CO2, unless you're trying to kill a bear!

Welcome. I guess I could call you an old fart, but I'm older than you, so I'll call you a youngster!

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

Welcome aboard.  This is a good place to learn.  Based on you and Alan, at 70 I am just a kid.  I been shooting air rifles for about 10 years and PCPs for about a year now.  Going from break barrels to PCPs is like going from sugar pills to heroin, highly addicting.  But, if I don't spend the money now, the kids will after I am dead.

This is a good p[lace to be.  There are guys on here with a whole lot of knowledge and expertise.  I have learned a lot.
