Going to take a lot of shots to build anything that way.  Hell even straight on shots would take a few.

There you go Rick Start with Driving a nail and see how many shots it takes with your Flex, as Travis suggested the challenge, then see how many you can hit ricochet as the head moves with each hit!!

Just my 2 cents worth.

Jed Clampet and Jethero had no problem driving spikes by ricocheting their bullets of a boulder. lol

Even a thumbtack into a cork board is going to be hard enough. Give Rick a break! Brake! Brick! Whatever!

I can't believe you guys were talking about this , that's crazy. Let me see if I can  ricochet a pellet accurately to a nail head!! Stay tuned

Ok test results are in a rickochet won't drive the nail . A straight on hit will . But I am going to drive the nail almost through the board and that should work . Agreed ??

Well I did a straight shot on a 6 penny into a 2x6 with the flex .30 and bent the nail , ricochet shot on a nail is no good not enough force to drive the nail into the board .

Well the original challenge was for a post.  Got any cedar?  That's post material.  Or Balsa wood and a can of paint?
