Airgun Optics and Accessories / centerpoint poor replacement?
« on: December 11, 2017, 03:11:58 PM »
I bought a centerpoint scope 3x9x32 or 40 can't recall it had a lit crosshair at wally world. I know expect what you pay for but this is insane. I sent it back in because it would not hold zero, I have others that do fine for my air rifles. PCPs mostly, anyway I sent it back, and got back as a replacement for  69 dollar scope a 10 dollar at most POS made out of plastic. Crosman customer service denies any of their scopes are plastic but this one is. They refuse to follow up on the phone and just told me that I was wrong and they don't have lit crosshairs anymore and this is a equal value scope. I have about 12 of crosman scopes and have had trouble with 2 , first replacement was fine and all other scopes work ok. but this burns my rear. Is this where I put this so all will be warned or ?? let me know or move. Thanks

Airgun Ammo / 30 cal pellets VORTEX
« on: September 25, 2016, 09:16:15 AM »
I have been shooting Vortex Supreme 30 cal 44.75 gr. pellets. From Hatsan. My first batch cast 10$ and change , but I bought a large amount. I ck'd on price local and retial is $14.95 for a 150 count. They seem to shoot same as all the other brands . Hatsan part # is HA90615. They look really good just as good as the Emperor. Can say's Designed and made in Germany. I have also used the Vortex in 25 cal. and it seems just as good. This is just my 2 cents as I still shoot the others. I have no idea who actually makes em. Perhaps someone on here will know.

Ask Bob / RB v/s pellet
« on: July 27, 2016, 05:08:26 PM »
Which will fly/work better a 38cal round ball lead, or a 35 cal pellet out of a slayer at 970-1000FPS. Most all my shots are at no more then 70 yds most under 50. At fox coon coyotes. Thanks , Just avoiding the swc 125 gr bullet for safety sake.
