Looks good Bob. What gauge are you going to use? I want to make a gauge block to go on the end of my fill whip for my 850 Hammerli.

The valve o-ring is 8x2. I ordered it off ebay from a tackle shop in the UK. ebay user name a1tackleshop.  I don't think it is OEM but they worked. I contacted him and he made a special auction just for me. Still think it was just a 8x2 70D o-ring just a better quality one then I got at the autoparts.

The rifle is designed for the 88gr cartridges No adapter needed. You are just adding the refill feature.

Bob thanks for all the help you helped me with. I can't believe I've been in it for 5 years now myself.

I got this rifle finished up. Glued a Carbon Fiber tube over the barrel with green Loctite, and baked it in the oven to cure it. Made the LDC and wrapped it using car wrap material with a carbon fiber look. After looking at the internals I decided not to switch it to HPA but made a refillable cartridge for it. Target is 1 mag of 8 CPHP's 7.9gr @30 yards.
Think I'll name it Harvey.

I'm really interested in this. It would work nicely on my new rifle.

Looking for the valve oring. I know it's a 8mmx2mm, I know the part number 465.60.80.2. Question is what material and hardness is it? I tried a 70 Buna and it seemed to work. I shot around 7 mags thru it and next time I picked it up it was empty. Installed a new Co2 cartridge and it leaked right out. I've wasted 4 of these 90gr ones working on it. I can't find any factory orings in the US.

That thing at the bottom y'all are calling a plug is an oil level sight glass, not a vent. I don't see a breather.

Today's 50 yard target. Not much wider than the 30 yard target. Still got some tuning to do and some other things that should help to make it more accurate.

San Antonio is just down the street to me. Just 2 1/2 hours away. I use to drive that far once a month to rc drag race. Corner of I10 and Trainer Hale Rd.  San Antonio is just half way to the deer lease.
