New o-rings on a FX regulator :-)

Chrony before new o-rings:

Chrony after new o-rings:

This is 4 mags (48 shots) from my FX Royale .22 with JSB 18.1 pellets.  The velocity drop on the good string is exactly where it should be which is at 140 BAR.  Oh, I my fill tank was low so I was only filling to 190 BAR.    What's interesting is that:

1) The velocity is lower with the new o-rings.

2) On my next fill I played with the hammer spring tension and didn't see the behavior I was expecting.  The good string above was shot at 3.5 turns out.  As I reduced the turns out (increasing tension on the spring) I didn't see the velocity increase as I had seen in the past.  I shot two more mags at 3 turns out and then 2.5 turns out.  While neither adjustment increased velocity (in fact it dropped slightly), the sound of the shot increased.  It definitely sounded like it was wasting air so I did bring it back to the original 3.5 turns out.

So if I throw out the shots that I took that were under 140 BAR this is what I got across 41 shots:

O-ring size used = 2.4x11.8mm   which is actually not the same as as what FX listed which is 2.4x11.6mm.   But hey, it works  :-)
