New .25 FX Streamline on the way
« on: August 31, 2018, 01:27:41 PM »
I pulled the trigger and bought the FX .25 Streamline 'Sniper Combo' from Airgun Depot. I was torn between Utah Airgun's stock finish options and the combo from AGD. I settled on the combo because I've come to really like the Hawke scope (which I have on my Texan) and it also comes with extra moderators (tipping the cap to Alan)  To be honest I love the Aimpoint XPF 3-12x50 scope that came on my Armada from Int3man (Mike) and I would have no problem at all putting that on the Streamline (along with the $100.00 Warne rings that I put on it to clear the pic rail)  But the Armada is already set up so well that I don't want to mess with it; I'd rather keep it as is for resale value.

Once I have an airgun shooting well I am loath to change a scope or mess around. I love being able to take out the Marauder, fill it with air, point, and shoot exactly what I'm pointing at.
