Bob Nowlin's Bench
« on: October 20, 2018, 11:05:27 AM »
Bob was having issues uploading photos from his iPhone, and I admit it can be daunting if you don't have a desk computer. So, here are the ones I took of mine.

The forearm holder for me at least, might not get used. I do have bipods on both my .25 calibers, as well as bean bags. It is a bit tricky to get together because the pats shown in the pictorial aren't numbered like the instructions. Nonetheless, it only took me about 5 minutes to assemble.

It is very sturdy, as long as the surface it flat. If it becomes an issue, I'll attach some adjustable feet to it.

Looks good Alan! I know I sure do love my Born Wild Shooting Chair (Steelhead's Chair). Makes a huge difference for me.

I don't know if they are or not. It is Chinese made, and Amazon has it for $99. You almost can't buy the material for that price.

First post http://airgunguild.com/contests-give-aways-and-more/got-the-bench-today/

HI guys,
I started a reply and some how got booted out.  Well I finally got to shoot yesterday and today, wasn't sick and beautiful weather.  Yes the bench is very well built with only slight wobble front to back when using my gun stand from Hyscore but made my Mrod 25 very accurate all of a sudden.  However you have to shoot straight on target up or down no side to side unless you move the gun stand or move table.  Not good.  When you use the barrel fork that comes with the table, you can shoot up or down and side to side as much as the seat will let you.  With the fork more of the shoot is partly on the table but most real accuracy still depends if you do your part and not be shaky like me lol, but is much better than all other benches I have tried.  The cushion and pockets on top are just great and the cushioned seat is even better.  All in all it is a great bench and I am very proud to have won it from the guys a AGG.
Thanks Guys
