What did you just order to ease the pain of airgun addiction?

I confess, I found another DAQ that I had to have. I don't know what is wrong with me.

I probably should have bought something I can shoot in the backyard. Silly me.

A regulator rebuild kit, and a new hammer for my Cobra. I still ache!

I converted my QB78S to HPA, had some barrel work done, bought a Duk Il Hunting Master AR6 (predecessor to the Evanix model), got my heavy hitting Disco .177 with the Cothran valve shooting 45-50fpe---accurately, doing a heavy hitting .177 M-Rod in a Teryx stock, with a stock valve and some porting doing 43fpe.  Both .177's are shooting 21gr Piledrivers and NSA slugs.  Got a RAI setup in the planning stages.  Oh, pretty sure I'm missing something.

Although it's belated, I just ordered a Witt's clamp-on muzzle brake (with their big Memorial Weekend promotion...25% off storewide) for the .308 Texan. They have deals periodically and I was waiting; glad I did. There's debate on whether the muzzle brake helps or not, but it doesn't seem to hurt. I bought one for my Remington 783 .308 pb when I got it new. I can attest that it reduced the kick by a lot. Loud as hell, but whatever. It's mostly a big game hunt-only gun.

The Witt's on the Texan will interesting. There are other options out there but they all (at least what I know of) require threaded barrels. My moderator also slips on when not using the m.b. so I won't be using Loctite on. The recoil is fine on the Texan, but I'm hoping that the m.b. might help my follow through and stay on the target easier post-shot. Haven't heard of anyone using a Witt's on the Texan, but I'm sure somebody has. Will keep you posted.

Last week shooting at 221 yards I was getting some really tight groups, although most were below the target!  ;D  I had the Texan on my shooting chair for the first time. I kept hearing the THWACK! of the slug hitting the narrow wood post, but I was confused high or low. Once I figured it out I was in business and on the bullseye. I'm anxious to see if the m.b. can tighten it up even more.

I'd choose one with a 450 CIs!

I have to add something here.

I've heard that Swedes are suave, Danes are direct, and Fins are fun. I think you've proven the point!

I ordered a rebuild kit for a Crosman 38C (.22).    I think I can claim a win for the lowest priced palliative purchase.

Dunno where you got that from, around here the swedes are the girly homosexuals, the danish are unhealthy smokers/drinkers and no one understands them. Fins are depressed drunks that knife fights.
