Weihrauch HW97 Review (World Best Spring Air Rifle) Part 1
« on: June 02, 2018, 11:29:58 PM »

Hey Guys! This video shows my new Stainless Weihrauch HW97, what many say is the best spring powered air rifle available. This underlever cocking spring powered air rifle is rumored to have the best trigger or ANY airgun and to be the most accurate spring rifle you can get. See it up close in this HW97 review video. Also find out how I got this brand new rifle for almost 1/2 the price!

DO you work for Weihrauch?

It is a well-build springer, and probably in the top 10 or so. Whether it is the best, is a manner of opinion, or conjecture.

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

Hey guys! The HW97 being the Best Spring rifle out there is just what I heard. It certainly looks nice. I'm new to spring rifles. I know the Air Arms TX200 is another good one.

What spring gun IS the best? and don't say Wiscombe.  -Nate

I just saw a Whiscombe for the first time last month.  I had my HW97KT with me, which is indeed a fine rifle.   But in comparison to a Whiscombe, it's a distant second.  It's the rifle to have for those who can afford it.

Beside that, picking the best air rifle in any category is like nailing jello to a wall because it must meet the shooter's application - a precision rifle is not a hunting rifle is not a backyard plinking rifle is not a field target rifle.

I currently have an HW97KT .177, Diana 34 .177 and Diana 48.22, and FWB 300 .177, and am quite happy with the lot. Did I mention the Beeman 800 pistol?   ;D
