Scope Cam Evolved: A Hajimoto & Side-Shot Collaboration
« on: January 04, 2019, 10:23:34 PM »
In collaboration with Side-Shot, we have produced a scope recording configuration that truly is scope camera evolved! It is Gopro version of the Side-Shot that allows the Hero 3 or 4 owner the ability to use their existing camera for scope recording!

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

The product's pricing and sale take place on Side-Shot's website.
They are still working on getting that information revised.

Here is the Link to Side-Shots website which is also part of the video description on YouTube:

Maybe using your existing camera for scope recording is a good idea. But if you really want to record excellent hunting moment you have to use smart Rifle Scope like for example  ATN THOR 4 384 1.25-5X
https://www.atncorp.com/thermal-scope-thor-hd . This thermal rifle scope is a new generation vision scope with impressive image quality.   One of the most convenient features of ATN THOR 4 is that you can record the moment of the shot. This means that all your shots will be recorded without the need for additional button clamping. And the most exciting thing of this scope that you can record streaming video.  You don't need to wait to copy your video to send your friends, you can share your records in real time using Dual Stream  Video. Since I bought it, this is my favorite rifle scope. And I can say that it is a very good value for that money.

The only problem with the ATN is, its recoil video activation will not work with most airguns.

Hmmmm, let me see. I bet I have a couple or so airguns that might just work for video activation...

Steve... I didn't say all! I managed to get it to work occasionally with my Marauder. Strapped to a .22-250, it worked perfectly!

To be perfectly honest I haven't tried it. Not sure why.  But I'll give it a go. The Sumatra has more bark than my Marauder, so maybe?
