Matt, if you had sense enough to have lived out here in the West instead of back East, I could have come.  I sure wish I could have been there and seen the look on Karen's face.  However, thank you for the time and effort you put into this.

I'd like to thank Matt and Cherish for everything they did in not only setting up the shoot but all the help they provided along throughout the event. Two shining examples that good..well great...people do still exist in this crazy world.  After nearly 4 years I was able to finally able to meet Matt in person and that's huge for me as he was the first person I met in GTA that took the time to help me better understand this addiction granted there were several others that were also there to help in my early days. I say thank you to you all as well.

Next I'd like to thank Brian (trucker6969) for convincing me that I needed to make this trip (he was 100% right on that fact!) and then rescuing me when my bike broke down 90 miles from his place. Without hesitation he made arrangements to not only retrieve me but also borrowed a trailer to get my bike to a safe spot until I can address it. Another example of the brotherhood/family we have in this hobby.

I know Alan had a huge part in making this event the full scale it was with generous sponsorship and prize donations.  Thanks go out to you as well.

To those who weren't able to make it you were all missed but not a ton as it bettered my chances in the competitions we did  ;D I'd highly recommend attending any and every shoot that is put together as it was a blast and a weekend I'll remember forever.

While I didn't nail a first place finish I went down there already a winner just being able to share this time with friends who are more family to me than my own. I can't wait til the next event!!!! Couple more tweaks and little more trigger time and the Talon and I will be able to hold our own slightly better lol

I've likely missed a few thanks and for that I'd like to throw a blanket THANK YOU to any and everyone else that helped make FARTS happen as well as helped me along my journey.

The shoot is FINALLY over! lol Not that I did not have a great time but even with a small crowd it will drive you insane! This could not have happened without help from my buddy David! Not only did he participate but he is the sole reason that this was finally set up in time to spare.

In the end over 4K worth of prizes were GIVEN away, not raffled. Those that needed assistance with their Air Guns received it and those that had none even received them! Everything from flashlights to optics were up for grabs! I surely hope that no attendee left feeling disappointed. From what I observed, it was definitely worth their time.

Perhaps others should take this as a lesson in the future. There are REAL people out there that are actually serious about this great sport and tradition. We will NOT make the Air Gun community look bad by "winning" donated prizes at our own shoots or selling things we win or are given to others. If you pass it forward, it WILL come full circle. Just throwing that out there!

I sincerely want to thank everyone that donated towards Karen's rifle set-up and the shoot itself, ALAN, lol.

Matt

It is tough putting a shoot together.  My P-Dawg shoot was nerve racking, but now I know better for the next one.  I may hold an impromptu one in the fall.  Any takers?  C'mon, Matt.
