This is interesting, but for an obtuse reason.

Last year, on my trip to the hill country of Texas to hunt, I took along my 9mm Taurus (personal protection), and two of my airguns; my 9mm Freedom 202, and my .25 caliber WAR Cobra. One of the gentleman I hunted with, shall I say, was a state official. I shot one feral pig with my 9 mm Freedom, and another with the Cobra. Not one word was said except when I shot the Cobra... "That thing is dead quiet!" Yes it is, in both categories.

I have an Omega compressor. If you're a fellow Guild member, and you pass through Roswell, NM, I'll fill your portable tank as a courtesy.

I hate the .30 requirement for turkey and all furbearers they put on you all.  We can't shoot turkey or big game here yet, but at least we can hunt furbearers with .177 and higher.  Coyotes and bobcats do have a .25 minimum, but I can live with that.  Hope to get turkey and big game on the menu soon.
