LOL I thought it was kind of funny but should allow moderators to have a wide spectrum for those who dont play well with others.

Just my thoughts and feelings, take them for what they are.

Whitney, rule 3 needs a revision. Cursive, is a style of penmanship. It doesn't  refer to foul or derogatory language.

Just my opinion here, rule 4 is rather shitty. How can you have an open unbiased discussion without objections and argumentative points? You simply cannot. Censorship of thoughts and feelings of members is not a good thing. Granted some should use better judgement, still I feel that rule is rather unfair.

Another thing, the reason I feel this was created was specifically because a certain member who brand bashes a little. I think whomever wants to bash a brand for good reason should be able too. I know for a fact through personal experience one of the brands/companies really are assholes. I was screwed over by them.

when I started this forum there were NO RULES  but soon things started getting out of hand and I was getting PMs from members and friends and a lot of bullying was also going on so I HAD to make some base rules just to keep those who dont play well with others from getting out of hand. There their for the protection of the general public and its a shame but it had to be or else this just would have turned sour quick.

saying you will ban persons without violations of specific rules is arbitrary and will drive many members away....you might wanna rethink that one  :'(

Not liking the truth about something does not make it any less true....tough concept for some I don't know why?

The problem with rules is that everyone has to abide by them equally, the ruler and the ruled, the king and the peasant, the moderator and the moderated, otherwise they are no longer rules; rather they become the tools of a tyrant or the tools of anarchists.  It really depends upon who gets away with breaking them.

I don't live on this forum and so I have no opinion on how it is run.  I am just speaking philosophically about rules and how I have seen them used elsewhere.
